just a note to everyone using the textmod called "Elona Cartography made Easy" , it might miss spots. Its a great mod to reach 99 or 98% but use the older mod for the last few .x%, found here.

Cartography Made Easy is the new texmod that allows you to press M in game and it will show you your areas missing.
The old mod is called Cartographer - Tyria/Cantha... and there is another one for Elona. This one removes the background picture (of undiscovered map) and replaces it with a highlight green color. It also does this for Fog of Exploration. It is more sensitive than Cartography made easy which is what everyone uses. So it is very easy to spot tiny patches of green fog in between already discovered maps when things seem fully discovered in cartography made easy of Elona.

.3% and stuck
With the aide of Texmod I've managed to get to 99.7%, however I'm still stuck with some areas (got to scraping and re-scraping at about 95.5% ).
There's this bit in Gandara that's been annoying me for a while, and since I'm running out of ideas, I figure it might hold the key victory:
Any ideas?
(In case you can't tell, it's the bit circled in red )

Tex mod only helps so much, you need to make a layer with your map and a completed map, and it will show you exactly what you are missing.

This website outlines the directions. It is easiest to download paint.net if you don't have any of the other mentioned programs.
Happy mapping!

Try hugging around in the fortress itself in Margrid's Mission, Pogahn Passage. Or even go into the explorable and hug the gate.

Tatile,
I think MrGuildBoi is right and you need to hug the gate in the explorable area.

Try hugging the wall north and around it at an angle so you will be in 'walking' animation.

Glad it helped, but I'm just the aggregator. Everyone else deserves the credit! :P
